Senior Data Architect – Microsoft Fabric | Azure Data Platform

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect who is passionate about building enterprise-scale contemporary data platforms on the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect scalable cloud data solutions while actively contributing to technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.

What You'll Do

- Architect enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
- Design modern Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Build scalable data models, ELT/ETL frameworks, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Define data governance, security, metadata, and data quality strategies.
- Design solutions supporting Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI/ML, and Reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance enterprise data platforms.

Must Have Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric .




- Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
- Enterprise Data Warehouse Architecture.
- Data Lake & Lakehouse Architecture.
- Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical & Physical).
- Dimensional Modeling (Star & Snowflake Schema).
- SQL.
- Power BI.
- Azure Data Factory / Synapse Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Security.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse .
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of streaming and real-time data architectures.
- Azure/Fabric certifications.
- Experience in Payroll, HCM, or HR Technology domain is a plus.
