Senior Data Architect – Microsoft Fabric | Azure Data Platform

Location: Pune / Indore Experience: 12+ Years We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect who is passionate about building enterprise-scale contemporary data platforms on the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect scalable cloud data solutions while actively contributing to technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams. What You'll Do

Architect enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.

Design modern Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.

Build scalable data models, ELT/ETL frameworks, and enterprise integration solutions.

Define data governance, security, metadata, and data quality strategies.

Design solutions supporting Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI/ML, and Reporting.

Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance enterprise data platforms.

Must Have

Skills

12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.





Microsoft Azure Data Platform.

Enterprise Data Warehouse Architecture.

Data Lake & Lakehouse Architecture.

Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical & Physical).

Dimensional Modeling (Star & Snowflake Schema).

SQL.

Power BI.

Azure Data Factory / Synapse Analytics.

Strong understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Security.

Preferred

Skills

Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.

Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.

Knowledge of streaming and real-time data architectures.

Azure/Fabric certifications.

Experience in Payroll, HCM, or HR Technology domain is a plus. What We're Looking For
