Business & Systems Analyst – Remote (Microsoft Project)
We're looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to support a high-impact Microsoft engagement focused on improving user experience through efficient bug and issue management.
You will be responsible for triaging reported issues, tracking operational workflows, maintaining SLAs, and ensuring timely resolution using internal tools.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Analyst or Support Analyst roles
- Solid MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
- Experience working in SLA-driven environments
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
Location: Remote (India)
Immediate to 15-days joiners preferred.
