About the Company

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Governance Data Analyst to support the Regional IT Governance function. The role will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting governance-related data across Asia and other global regions. The successful candidate will develop dashboards, generate management reports, maintain governance repositories, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous governance improvement.

In addition to analytics responsibilities, the role will have opportunities to support broader IT Governance initiatives and operational activities, providing exposure to governance processes, regional coordination, and continuous improvement projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Governance Data Analyst to support the Regional IT Governance function.

Responsibilities

- Governance Reporting & Analytics
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze governance-related data from regional and local companies.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc governance reports.
- Prepare executive dashboards and management presentations.
- Track governance KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Produce analytical reports supporting governance decision-making.

- Maintain the Regional IT Governance master repository.
- Ensure governance data quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain historical governance records and reporting databases.
- Support standardization of governance reporting templates.
- - IT Governance Maturity Assessment
- Consolidate maturity assessment results across companies.
- Analyze maturity trends and benchmark regional performance.
- Identify recurring gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare maturity assessment dashboards and summary reports.
- - IT Satisfaction Survey
- Coordinate administration of the Global/Regional IT Satisfaction Survey.




- Consolidate survey responses from participating companies.
- Perform statistical and trend analysis.
- Prepare survey reports and recommendations for management.
- - Dashboard Development
- Develop and maintain interactive governance dashboards.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
- Enhance visualization of governance metrics and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting tools.
- - KPI Monitoring
- Monitor governance KPIs across regions.
- Identify deviations and emerging risks.
- Prepare performance summaries for management reviews.
- Support governance review meetings with analytical insights.
- - Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve governance reporting processes.
- Recommend automation and standardization initiatives.
- Support implementation of reporting and analytics improvements.
- - Governance Operations Support
- Support day-to-day IT Governance activities as assigned by the Regional IT Governance team.
- Assist in coordinating governance initiatives, meetings, and follow-up activities across regional stakeholders.
- Support preparation of governance documentation, presentations, and communication materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, governance process enhancements, and special projects.
- Learn and gradually support broader IT Governance operational activities based on business needs and individual development.
