Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst & Trainer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions for student batches and mentoring internal trainers whenever required.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data analytics, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence (Primary Responsibility)

- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel .

- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.

- Monitor business KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

2. Training & Knowledge Sharing (Secondary Responsibility)

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions on Data Analytics for student batches.

- Train students on Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and real-world analytics projects .





- Develop practical assignments, case studies, and capstone projects aligned with industry standards.
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey and support project execution.

- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for internal trainers whenever required.
- Continuously update training content based on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or MIS Reporting.

- Strong proficiency in

- SQL

- Advanced Microsoft Excel

- Power BI

- Tableau
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)

- Good understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Experience in creating business reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Passion for mentoring and training students.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English .

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech or corporate training is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics.
- Exposure to AI-powered analytics tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
