Role Description The Senior Content Writer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and refining high-quality content across web pages, blogs, landing pages, emails, and marketing campaigns that align with WeGoDigitally’s brand and client strategies.
The Senior Content
Writer will collaborate with strategy, design, SEO, and performance marketing teams to develop content frameworks, messaging guidelines, and communication strategies that support digital growth objectives. Daily tasks include conducting research, creating content outlines, producing persuasive and SEO-aware copy, maintaining brand voice consistency, and reviewing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
The role also involves mentoring junior writers, contributing to content processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of content standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to support data-informed, brand-aligned storytelling.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure grammatical accuracy, coherence, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Candidates should have experience creating content for marketing, SEO, or performance-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
- Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A background in digital marketing agencies, SaaS, or tech-driven businesses is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
