We are looking for a skilled Senior Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in creating high-quality long-form content. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, along with experience in either senior leadership communication or company annual report writing .

Option 1: Content Writer – Senior Leadership Writing

Key Responsibilities

- Develop compelling long-form content for senior leadership, including speeches, thought leadership articles, keynote addresses, opinion pieces, blogs, and executive communications.
- Collaborate closely with CXOs and business leaders to understand their vision, messaging, and communication objectives.
- Research industry trends, business insights, and market developments to create impactful content.
- Maintain a consistent executive voice while adapting content for different audiences and platforms.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high editorial standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional content writing experience with a strong focus on long-form content.
- Demonstrated experience in writing for senior leadership or executive communication.
- Excellent command of English with outstanding grammar and storytelling abilities.
- Strong research, interviewing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing executive communication or thought leadership content is mandatory.

Option 2:



Content Writer – Annual Report Writing

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and manage content for company annual reports, integrated reports, sustainability reports, and corporate publications.
- Work closely with finance, investor relations, sustainability, legal, and leadership teams to collect and organize information.
- Translate complex financial and business information into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly narratives.
- Ensure content aligns with corporate messaging, branding, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct extensive research on company performance, industry trends, ESG initiatives, and corporate governance.
- Coordinate with design and production teams during report development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in long-form corporate writing, with hands-on experience in annual report writing.
- Strong understanding of corporate reporting, financial communication, and business writing.
- Exceptional editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Ability to simplify complex business and financial concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing tight deadlines.
- Portfolio featuring annual reports or corporate publications is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B, corporate communications, or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability reporting, or investor communications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative content management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
