Senior Content Strategist • Corporate Marketing
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru or Pune
Experience: 12+ years Think you can own the narrative for an AI-centric organization and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest enterprises? Use content to showcase the very best of the brand to global audiences, from Fortune 500 boardrooms to the feeds of the world's sharpest technologists?
If that sounds like your kind of brief, read on…
You'll spend your time
Owning narratives, not just drafting them: Build and run executive thought leadership programs end to end, from insight mining and SME interviews to final published asset. At this level, you don't hand off a draft and move on. You own the story until it lands, and you're accountable for how it performs.
Writing for the corner office: Ghostwrite and shape content for senior leadership, including bylines, POVs, keynote narratives, and long-form flagship assets. You'll need range: a CEO letter reads nothing like a whitepaper, and you should know the difference instinctively.
Being the champion of ABM and GTM content: Develop persona-led, account-specific content that resonates with decision-makers in target accounts, tailored to each stage of the buyer's journey, built in lockstep with sales and business stakeholders to accelerate real pipeline, not vanity engagement.
Making AI your co-author, not your crutch: Run AI-augmented workflows across research, ideation, drafting, and optimization as your default operating mode. We expect you to move faster because of AI while raising quality, and to help lift the bar for the writers around you.
Guarding the brand like it's yours: Work within, and actively enforce, our brand and editorial governance. Every claim substantiated, every metric verified, every named client reference cleared before anything ships. We're a listed entity; "close enough" doesn't exist here, and a strategist at this level catches these issues before review does.
Turning raw material into verbal gold:
Translate complex technology across AI, Cloud, and enterprise transformation into narratives that are fact-filled, distinctive, and genuinely worth a busy executive's time, across formats from long-form editorial to interactive digital and video.
Forging connections across teams and cultures: Collaborate with sales leaders, field marketers, analysts, designers, and SMEs across geographies to find the best stories in the organization and get them told well.
Measuring what matters: Define how your content's impact gets measured, read the data honestly, and refine relentlessly. Output volume is table stakes; outcomes are the job.
Building character: Take direct feedback without flinching, defend your choices with rationale rather than opinion, and push back when you see a better way. We debate the work hard and hold the standard high. If that energizes you rather than exhausts you, you'll thrive. We're looking for someone with:
A mastery of narrative: 10+ years in B2B content, thought leadership, or GTM content strategy across enterprise or consumer technology, with a portfolio that proves range across executive, campaign, and digital formats.
Editorial judgment that scales: Experience setting content strategy and governance, not just executing against it, including editorial planning, messaging frameworks, and quality standards others follow.
AI fluency as a working habit: Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI across the content lifecycle, with a explicit point of view on where the human adds irreplaceable value.
A verification instinct: A meticulous approach to accuracy, sourcing, and claims. You treat an unverified statistic as a defect, not a detail.
A global sensibility: The ability to write for international enterprise and consumer audiences with cultural nuance and a clean, confident executive register.
A collaborative spine: Excellent stakeholder skills paired with the confidence to disagree constructively and the maturity to commit once a call is made.
It's time to Outcreate.
