Role Summary

We are looking for a strong content professional who can own content quality, consistency, and performance across campaigns, website, and sales assets .

This is a second-in-line role supporting the Content & Creative Head ideal for someone who can review, refine, and elevate team outputs , while applying SEO and conversion thinking where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

- Own content quality : review and elevate outputs across campaigns, website, and sales materials
- Ensure consistency : maintain strong brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across assets
- Guide execution : provide direction and feedback to improve overall team output
- Drive campaign content : translate strategy into cohesive, high-quality deliverables
- Apply performance thinking : use SEO and optimization knowledge to strengthen content impact
- Improve conversions : refine messaging across landing pages and key journeys
- Support thought leadership : shape and repurpose content into multi-channel formats
- Enable sales : ensure high-quality, polished decks and pitch materials

Candidate Profile

Must-have:

- 7 10 years experience in B2B content (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven experience managing and mentoring content teams
- Ability to manage multiple regional projects simultaneously
- Robust foundation in content writing, editing, and storytelling
- Experience reviewing and improving team-generated content
- Good understanding of SEO and content performance

Good to have:

- Exposure to campaigns, landing pages, and demand generation content
- Basic understanding of design/creative sensibility
- Experience working with global teams
