JOB SUMMARY-

Project Management Unit, drafting policies, and managing substantial financial transaction advisories. expertise in project structuring, master planning, feasibility studies, multi-agency liaison, and project monitoring, backed by versatile, hands-on experience across the transport, maritime, inland waterways, real estate, tourism, and urban planning sectors

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Shortlisting of parameters and criteria in the form of checklist which shall act as a guidance tool for scrutiny of survey reports and DPRs. This shall be regularly reviewed and refined based on the experience gained over the time.
2. Examination of survey reports/DPRs submitted by zonal railways, CORE, PSUs etc. and preparation of draft comments and preparing project wise presentations for the perusal of concerned dealing officers of Ministry.
3. Preparation of documents and coordination with NITI Aayog, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Statistics & Implementation and other concerned ministries for appraisal of selected Projects.
4.



Providing comments and furnishing details on the remarks of Ministries / departments with respect to the projects under consideration.
5. Preparation of Documents including presentations for Expanded Board for Railways (EBR) meetings and minutes of the meetings for the selected Projects costing more than Rs 500 crores or the prevailing threshold values or as per the requirement
6. Preparation of Draft Cabinet note along with required documents and presentations for the projects costing more than Rs 1000 crores or the prevailing threshold values or as per the requirement.
7. Preparation of required documents with all relevant data for the projects for obtaining sanction of competent authority.
8. Preparation of Railway Minister documents highlighting key parameters and merits of Projects.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS-

BArch/ planning/ Architecture related degree & Any Postgraduate in planning/ MArch
