The person is expected to be available on call support and to follow ODC requirements, working all days from Bangalore office. No laptop will ne taken home by contractor all the task need to be performed in office. During on-call support candidate need to go back to office after shift hours to provide help. As a team, one person does the on call support and one person work in general shift.
