Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supervising construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Manage site execution and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.




- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, PPT & Excel.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
