About The Position We're looking for a Senior Chemist to join our R&D; team and contribute to the development of new chemical processes from concept to scale-up. The role will focus on extraction, purification, process optimization, and lab-scale process development. We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on experimentation, data-driven problem solving, and translating ideas into practical processes.
Qualifications M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
5+ years of relevant industrial R&D; experience Key responsibilities Design and execute laboratory-scale R&D; experiments
Develop and optimize extraction, purification, and separation processes
Evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Generate reliable experimental data and maintain detailed technical documentation
Collaborate with the engineering team during pilot and scale-up activities
Support technology development from concept through proof-of-scale What we're looking for Hands-on experience with extraction and separation processes
Experience designing and executing laboratory-scale experiments
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
