- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

- Supervise daily bakery operations and maintain efficient workflow.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ingredient ordering.

- Conduct regular inventory counts and minimize waste.

- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bakery staff.

- Lead, motivate, and develop employees to maintain a positive work setting.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain excellent customer service.

- Manage daily cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and expense tracking.

- Close daily financial records, balancing income and expenses accurately.

- Monitor bakery performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Ensure the bakery is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
