We are seeking experienced Tableau Engineers to join a data and analytics team supporting a broader organizational transition. This role requires strong expertise in Tableau development, dashboard optimization, and data visualization, with the ability to work confidently in front of business partners during a period of high visibility. Given expected performance demands on our reporting layer, The ideal candidate combines robust analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing dashboards.

Roles & Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions

Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into visualizations

Build scalable, user-friendly dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making





Optimize Tableau workbook performance — extract management, dashboard tuning, query optimization

Develop and maintain data sources, published datasets, and semantic layers for reporting

Collaborate with Data Engineers working on the underlying DBT/Redshift data platform

Validate data quality and reconcile reporting outputs across dashboards

Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live enhancements

Represent dashboards and reporting outputs confidently in front of business partners Mandatory Skills
