Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup transforming premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.
- Build strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, event planners, OTAs, hospitality brands, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, destinations, and revenue streams.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value partnerships and corporate deals.
- Mentor and support the sales team to improve performance and conversions.




- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop growth strategies.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry (Mandatory).
- Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Experience in luxury travel, hotels, resorts, villas, tourism, destination weddings, or premium hospitality brands.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
