Senior Manager – Business Development & Sales (Facility Management)

About the Role

Arcos Facility Management is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive strategic growth across our Facility Management portfolio. The role requires someone who understands the FM industry, is comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, and can identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

This is a client-facing role with complete ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate offices, commercial real estate, industrial facilities, healthcare, hospitality, retail, educational institutions, and other key sectors.

· Develop relationships with Admin Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement teams, HR leaders, and CXOs to understand business requirements and position tailored Facility Management solutions.

· Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures.

· Prepare solution-oriented proposals in collaboration with operations and support teams.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently contribute towards revenue growth.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

· Represent Arcos at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.





· Ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations, supporting long-term client relationships.

Requirements

· 5–10+ years of Business Development or Corporate Sales experience within the Facility Management industry.

· Strong understanding of Integrated Facility Management services, including Soft Services, Technical Services, Engineering Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security Services, and Manpower Solutions.

· Experience working with enterprise and corporate clients.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Ability to understand client requirements and develop commercially viable solutions.

· Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in organisations such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, ISS, Sodexo, UDS, Quess, BVG, SILA, Compass Group, Knight Frank, Colliers, or similar Facility Management companies will be preferred.
