Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to bridge business requirements with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and user-centric digital experience solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , including AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets .
- Strong understanding of:
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Content authoring and publishing workflows
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Templates, Components, and Content Structures
- AEM integrations with APIs and third-party applications




- Experience creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- CBAP or CCBA certification (IIBA).
- Adobe Experience Manager certifications.
- Experience working on enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
