We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst SAP & AI Automation to lead business process analysis and drive automation across Finance, SCM, Logistics, HR, Sales, and Production.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document current business processes (AS-IS & TO-BE).
- Identify automation opportunities across departments.
- Map data sources from SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Emails, and other systems.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and process flows.
- Coordinate with business users, SAP consultants, and AI developers.
- Define business rules, workflows, approvals, and validation requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare SOPs, documentation, and user training materials.
This profile is for 6 months contractual employment term.
