About the Role De Facto Infotech is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with US-based clients and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities: -

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from US clients and stakeholders.

✅ Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and client meetings.

✅ Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.

✅ Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Clients throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

✅ Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution recommendations.

✅ Support UAT, validate deliverables,



and ensure alignment with client expectations.

✅ Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

✅ Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills: -

✔️ 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

✔️ Strong experience working with US clients and offshore delivery teams.

✔️ Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✔️ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

✔️ Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✔️ Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and business documentation.

Preferred Qualifications: -

⭐ Experience in Software Development, Web Applications, SaaS, or Enterprise Applications.

⭐ Familiarity with SDLC and Agile project environments.

⭐ Certification such as CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is a plus.
