Senior Business Analyst - Technology

Location: Pune

Experience: 6-9 Years

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and external partners to deliver technology solutions for the insurance business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and analysis

Preparation of BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications

Stakeholder management and coordination with business and technology teams

Sprint planning and Agile participation

UAT support and project delivery

End-to-end ownership of business requirements and solution implementation

Collaboration with development teams for successful project execution

Mandatory Skills

6-9 years of Business Analyst experience





General Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance experience is mandatory

Solid understanding of insurance processes such as Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Claims, or Finance

Hands-on experience with SQL

Experience in API Integration and Database Integration

Exposure to Solution Design

Experience with JIRA

Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to independently drive projects end-to-end

Educational Qualification

Full-time BE / BTech / MCA

Preferred

Understanding of Java, Microservices, and Web Services

Stable career progression
