Job Responsibility

Independently configure and implement current pension plans using the Milliman Pension Calculation System.

Provide ongoing support for production issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements, including new plan amendments.

Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business requirements and improve system performance.





Lead plan-level discussions with counterpart, documenting requirements, observations, and action items.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and timely implementation.

Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system quality and accuracy.

Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance business processes and system capabilities.

Desired Qualification And Experience B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science

Knowledge of the Defined Benefits (DB) domain is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
