Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Staffing Sales Specialist. The role involves managing and marketing a bench of IT professionals to U.S. clients and vendors, identifying suitable opportunities, and driving successful placements across multiple technology domains.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and developing relationships with staffing firms and direct clients, qualifying requirements,



matching bench talent to openings, negotiating rates and terms, and submitting profiles with accurate, compliant documentation. The specialist will coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, maintain updated records in ATS/CRM tools, and provide regular status reports on pipelines and closures. Collaboration with recruitment and delivery teams to optimize bench utilization, uphold candidate trust, and support long-term client partnerships is expected.

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and bench sales skills for U.S. IT staffing markets.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and offer coordination.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client and vendor relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client and candidate interaction.
- Experience in US IT staffing, preferably in night shift or US time-zone alignment, with familiarity in vendor management systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, handle multiple requirements, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on ethical, transparent practices.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in staffing, HR, business, or a related field.
