About Us

We're building an enterprise AI platform that enables intelligent reasoning across multiple business systems. Our platform integrates with ERP, CRM, Accounting, Payroll, Scheduling, Project Management, and Document Management systems through a secure, scalable integration layer.

This is not a traditional backend development role.

We're looking for engineers who have designed and operated production-grade distributed systems, built resilient integration frameworks, and solved real-world challenges involving third-party APIs, authentication, synchronization, and multi-tenant architectures.

If you've primarily worked on CRUD applications or internal APIs, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

What You'll Build

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll own the integration platform that powers our AI orchestration layer.

You'll design reusable frameworks rather than one-off integrations, enabling rapid onboarding of recent enterprise systems while maintaining reliability, observability, and security.

Your responsibilities will include

Designing scalable connector frameworks for enterprise SaaS integrations

Building secure Tool Servers and API orchestration services

Implementing OAuth 2.0, API Key, JWT, and Webhook authentication models

Designing multi-tenant backend architectures with RBAC and audit trails

Building distributed asynchronous processing using queues and workers

Implementing resilient retry strategies,



circuit breakers, and idempotent workflows

Developing highly available REST and GraphQL services

Creating observability pipelines with structured logging, tracing, and metrics

Optimizing backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborating with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product teams to build enterprise-grade intelligent systems
