As a Senior Associate - Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformation challenges by developing and implementing change management strategies that align with their strategic goals. Supporting proposal development by contributing to pursuit teams with creative approaches and methodologies What You Must Have Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology

Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience
