Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities in workforce transformation projects What You Must Have Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology

Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience
