Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for the Consumer Banking division

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Continuously improve and optimize existing applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks,



and industry best practices to drive innovation

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 6 -10 years of experience as an Application Developer or Software Engineer

Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#

Robust understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

Experience with web application development frameworks, such as Spring, Django, or .NET

Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
