Inviting Applications for Accounts Payable role

- Work location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Responsibilities:

- Manual Indexing Invoice processing basis the input received from suppliers or requestors Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
- Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance planning and execution of assigned processes. - Ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines .
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Verify invoices against purchase orders contracts and approvals.
- Ensure proper accounting and posting of expenses in the ERP/accounting system .
- Prepare and process payments (bank transfer cheques online payments etc.) .
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Handle vendor queries and maintain effective communication .




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities - Maintain proper documentation and audit trails .
- Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory requirements .
- Support internal and external audits as required

Qualifications

- Bachelors - Business Administration
- Bachelors - Industrial Engineering
- Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management
- Masters - Operations Management
