Job Overview We're looking for a Sr. Artist who can design engaging visuals that simplify complex concepts for learners. You'll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content teams to create illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that enhance learning experiences.

Roles and responsibilities Collaborate with instructional designers and content writers Maintain visual consistency and style guidelines Adapt designs based on feedback and learning objectives Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals Prepare assets for multiple formats (web, mobile, print) Strong skills in illustration and visual storytelling Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout Ability to simplify abstract or technical topics visually Basic knowledge of learning principles (a plus) Experience in edtech, publishing, or instructional design Solid communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on deadlines and multiple projects Learner-first mindset Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus Concept illustrations Storyboards for learning videos Visual aids for courses
