R3 is hiring a Senior Architect to manage end-to-end architectural design and planning for real estate projects, working closely with the Principal Architect and cross-functional consultants.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end architectural design and planning in coordination with the Principal Architect and consultants across Structure, MEP, Landscape, and other disciplines
- Review design concepts, working drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design intent
- Support statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liaisoning with relevant authorities
- Support the Sales-Marketing and Legal teams on architectural matters
- Monitor and resolve design-related issues during construction
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in real estate project design and execution
- Experience with reputed real estate developers on residential and/or commercial projects of similar scale and complexity preferred
- Robust knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and compliance processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
