About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior AR Caller (US Healthcare RCM) with solid hands-on exposure to insurance calling, AR follow-up, and denial management.

This role is ideal for candidates who actively call US insurance payers, work on unpaid and denied claims, and are comfortable handling end-to-end AR processes.

Reviewing and analyzing claim form 1500 to ensure accurate billing information.

- Utilizing coding tools like CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize medical codes.
- Familiarity with payer websites to verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage details.
- Expertise in various medical specialties such as cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and surgery.
- Proficiency in using CPT range and modifiers for precise coding and billing.
- Working with Clearing House systems like Waystar and other e-commerce platforms for claim submissions.
- Conduct voice-based communication with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate claims processing.

Mandatory Knowledge

Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of:

- CMS 1500 Claim Form
- Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Provider-side operations

- Physician specialties such as

- Cardiology

- Radiology

- Gastroenterology

- Pediatrics

- Orthopedics

- Internal Medicine

- Emergency Medicine

- Surgery
- Clearinghouses such as Waystar, eClinicalWorks (eCW), E-Commerce platforms, etc.
- CPT code ranges and modifiers
- Voice-based AR processes only

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 1.6+ years of hands-on experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling.

Should be a complete Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of claim form 1500 and other healthcare billing forms. • Proficiency in medical coding tools such as CCI and McKesson

. • Familiarity with payer websites and their processes.
- Understanding of Clearing House systems like Waystar and e-commerce platforms

- Good English communication skills (voice role mandatory)
- Comfortable working in targets-driven AR environment

- Timing & Transport: -
- Two Way Cab Facility will be provided with in the radius of 25 km from the shift timing 6:30pm to 3:30am. • Complete Night Shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM) IST.
- • FIVE DAYS WORKING (MONDAY FRIDAY) & SATURDAY, SUNDAY WEEK OFF. •
- Need to be Comfortable with WFO-Work from office.
