Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of interior and architectural projects, guiding concepts from initial client briefing through to final delivery in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role involves developing design solutions, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion.

The Senior

Architect will oversee project lifecycles, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with Anarchment Studio’s standards for creativity, functionality, and sustainability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing design proposals, resolving technical and integration challenges,



mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that all work complies with relevant codes and regulations. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of studio processes and maintaining solid, professional relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating concept development, spatial planning, and interior detailing.
- Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts where relevant to smart-building or technology-enabled design solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM software) and an understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess a degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is preferred.
