Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex revenue cycle management issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of denial management processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
