We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ansible Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and enterprise platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and AWX , with proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, resilient automation solutions across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on development experience using Ansible, Python, Shell, and PowerShell , along with a solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON/YAML , authentication mechanisms, and infrastructure automation best practices. Experience with AI-assisted or intelligence-driven automation solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and AWX .
- Modernize existing infrastructure and operational processes by implementing scalable, resilient, and reusable automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, and Automation Workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
- Build automation solutions using Python, Shell, and PowerShell scripting to eliminate manual operational tasks.
- Integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems using REST APIs , JSON, and YAML.
- Configure and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, including LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, API tokens, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Support automation across Windows, Linux, cloud,



and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize workflow performance, and ensure high availability of the automation platform.
- Implement automation standards, governance, documentation, and best practices across enterprise environments.
- Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and production support activities.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted or intelligence-driven automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise operational standards.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, or DevOps Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and AWX .
- Proven experience designing scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade automation solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, Collections, Templates, Variables, and Automation Controller .
- Solid scripting skills in:
- Python
- Shell Scripting (Bash)
- PowerShell
- Experience integrating automation solutions using REST APIs .




- Strong understanding of JSON and YAML data formats.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization models such as LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, API Keys, and RBAC.
- Experience automating Windows and Linux server administration.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted or intelligence-driven automation platforms.
- Exposure to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise production support.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation or equivalent certification is a plus.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
