Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly technical Senior Analytics Platform Engineer to drive the engineering, day-to-day operations, and lifecycle management of our core reporting and server visualization engines. In this role, you will lead the system planning, access governance, and infrastructure configuration behind our global multi-tenant descriptive analytics footprints hosted across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and enterprise on-premises data centers.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Level 3 infrastructure specialist who bridges the gap between classic Windows Server application administration and modern infrastructure-as-code automation. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Alteryx Server orchestration, provide expert L2/L3 technical support rooted in ITIL best practices, construct automated pipelines (CI/CD, Terraform) to maximize development velocity, and coordinate directly with global data engineering groups and third-party software vendors to secure and future-proof the analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Engineering &
- Multi-Tenant Operations : Direct the daily administration, scaling, node health, and container runtimes of global analytics platforms, with a primary focus on Alteryx Server, while supporting parallel suites (Power BI, QlikSense,



Looker Studio, WebFOCUS, Business Objects).
- Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Support : Host, provision, and maintain application environments running on Windows Server tiers deployed across Azure, GCP, and physical enterprise data centers.
- DevOps &
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Develop and implement automation scripts and deployment blueprints using Terraform, GitHub, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines to eliminate repetitive platform maintenance overheads.
- Security &
- Vulnerability Governance : Configure strict access control models, handle user/group directory mappings, implement data encryption, and execute vulnerability patch management in alignment with global risk standards.
- L2/L3 ITIL Management : Deliver senior infrastructure troubleshooting, championing ITIL frameworks to manage high-priority Requests, Incidents, Changes, Events, and Problems via ServiceNow.
- Product Lifecycle &
- Vendor Alignment : Partner directly with external platform vendors to resolve complex, escalated bugs, and orchestrate systematic server upgrades, service pack injections, and version release cadences.
- Technical Documentation : Compile and maintain clean corporate documentation, architecture diagrams, Run Books,



and Knowledgebase articles to standardize cross-team deployment processes.
- AI Fluency Execution : Leverage advanced AI engines, agents, and programming assistants to accelerate platform automation scripts, utilizing strong critical thinking to review and validate AI-generated configurations for correctness and context.

Skills &

Qualifications :

Required Technical DNA :

- Core Technology Focus : Advanced, hands-on server administration and configuration mastery within the Alteryx data architecture platform.
- Server Infrastructure : Proven track record engineering and managing application platforms running on Windows Server within large-scale, multi-tenant cluster topologies.
- DevOps &
- Pipeline Automation : Practical development familiarity utilizing GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
- Tenure : 10 years of total IT experience, with at least 8 years spent in active software development, platform engineering, or enterprise setting administration.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Ford Ecosystem Blueprint : Previous hands-on experience navigating internal Ford tools, frameworks, and concepts such as GRC, EAA, OSP Processes, and ServiceNow is a massive advantage.
- Multi-platform utility : Managing parallel visualization servers like Power BI, QlikSense, or Looker Studio inside Cloud spaces (Azure/GCP).
- Communication : Excellent vendor management and cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with data engineering and business analytics groups.
