- Develop and execute the AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned with business objectives.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation and pilots to enterprise-scale deployment.
- Identify, prioritize, and govern AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ROI.
- Drive operating model transformation through AI-enabled processes, workflows, and organizational redesign.
- Establish governance frameworks covering Responsible AI, security, compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
- Manage stakeholders across executives, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners.
- Lead change management, workforce enablement, training programs, and AI adoption initiatives.
