Role Description The Senior AI Infrastructure Architect – Data Centre is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI infrastructure within data center environments, including compute, storage, and networking architectures. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop solution designs, and ensure infrastructure aligns with performance, security, and compliance standards.

Daily tasks include overseeing system administration activities, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, guiding capacity planning, and driving automation and standardization of infrastructure deployments. The role also involves mentoring technical staff, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy to support AI workloads and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong infrastructure design and management skills, including data center infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud or hybrid environments.

Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and overall architecture,



with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Solid networking skills, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and network security best practices.

Advanced system administration skills across Linux and/or Windows environments, including automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Experience architecting and supporting AI/ML workloads (e.g., GPU clusters, high-performance computing, distributed training environments) is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (such as Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform, Ansible) is an advantage.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and lead infrastructure initiatives end-to-end.

Relevant certifications (e.g., in networking, cloud platforms, or data center technologies) are preferred but not mandatory.
