We're looking for a Senior AI-First Full Stack Engineer to join a small, fast-moving team and work closely with the founder to build and scale our product. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of architecture, development, and delivery while using AI as a core part of the software development process.

You'll help build AI-powered product features, make key technical decisions, and contribute across development, DevOps, testing, security, and production support. Strong engineering fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack development experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Python.
- Proven ability to design software architecture and make independent technical decisions around scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Extensive experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor,



or similar as a core part of your development workflow.
- Experience building AI-powered features, AI agents, or LLM integrations into real-world applications.
- Comfortable owning projects from planning through deployment with minimal supervision.
- Robust understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud applications, and modern development practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, deployments, DevOps, and production support.
- Comfortable troubleshooting production issues and participating in L3/on-call support when needed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup-style environment where priorities move quickly and everyone contributes across multiple areas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with founders, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
