Position Details Job Title: Senior AI Engineer – Azure AI Foundry & Databricks Location: Noida / Pune, India Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: AI & Data Engineering About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Databricks Genie, and contemporary Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI applications, intelligent agents, copilots, and RAG-based solutions. This role requires an execution-focused engineer who can independently drive AI solution development from design to production, leveraging Azure AI services, Databricks ecosystem, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.

- Build and manage AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Prompt Flow, Content Safety, and Agent Services.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop AI assistants, copilots, autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
- Design and develop AI solutions leveraging Databricks Genie, Mosaic AI, Vector Search, and Unity Catalog.
- Build AI agents and conversational analytics experiences using Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, governance, security, and compliance controls.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish AI engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications Education:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or AI Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Proven experience building enterprise AI applications on Azure.

Mandatory Technical Skills Azure AI Foundry: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure AI Content Safety, Model Catalog & Deployment, Fine-tuning, RAG Architecture, Vector Databases, Responsible AI.

Databricks: Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, Databricks Genie, Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Workflows.

Generative AI & Agentic AI: GPT, Llama, Claude, Multi-Agent Systems, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Tool Orchestration, LLMOps.

Programming: Python (Mandatory), PySpark, SQL, REST APIs, FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript (Preferred).

Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex.

Preferred Qualifications • Azure AI Engineer Associate Certification.

- Azure Solutions Architect Certification.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Machine Learning Professional.
- Experience with MLOps and LLMOps platforms.
- Experience deploying AI workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
