What You'll Do
- Build and ship scalable agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems
- Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines
- Own LLM evaluation: automated validation, metrication, and iterative refinement
- Develop production-grade monitoring for AI model performance
- Drive research into emerging AI models and apply them to real products
- Champion ethical AI practices across the stack
- Partner with software engineers on robust, DevSecOps-aligned CI/CD deployments
What You Bring
- Solid hands-on experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, LlamaIndex, LangFuse, MLflow
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- AWS expertise: Lambda, SNS, SQS and beyond
- Big data chopsSpark, Parquet, Iceberg, Redshift, DynamoDB, Vector DB
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics (BLEU, GLEU)
- DevSecOps mindset with solid CI/CD experience
