This role is for a Senior AI Backend Engineer who uses AI as part of the daily development workflow to build intelligent, scalable, production-ready applications.

Company: Enveu Role: Senior AI Backend Engineer (AI-First) Location: Noida Experience 6+ years of backend software development experience

Solid proficiency in Java, with Java 17+ preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Responsibilities Design and build scalable backend services for AI-powered applications

Develop REST APIs and microservices that power intelligent workflows

Integrate AI models and third-party services into backend systems

Build reusable backend components that accelerate product development

Use AI across solution design, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, code reviews, and performance optimization

Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready features

Own features from architecture and implementation through deployment and maintenance

Continuously improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted development practices

Explore emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies Additional Responsibilities Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies Nice To Have Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs

Familiarity with AI agents, MCP,



Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, and vector databases

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Experience with event-driven architectures

Experience building SaaS or enterprise-grade applications

Experience in Media, OTT, or workflow automation platforms
