About the Role

We're building an enterprise AI orchestration platform capable of reasoning across multiple enterprise systems through a network of domain-specific AI agents.

This role is focused on engineering reliable AI systems, not prompt engineering.

You'll own the planner/executor architecture, agent contracts, tool-calling framework, evaluation pipelines, grounding strategy, latency optimization, and production observability.

If your experience is limited to building chatbots or experimenting with LangChain demos, this role isn't a fit.
