What Youll Need
- Experienced Agriculture Scientist having MSc. Agriculture/PhD
- Minimum 10 years of on-site experience in Research and development in modern agriculture, hydroponics and precision farming
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hydroponic Cultivation, Nutrition management, pest & disease management, controlled workplace cultivation, irrigation systems and IOT Devices, Data logging and analysis, Management reporting, Team management, Design & implement and monitor field trials leading to commercial production.
- Knowledge and experience of related Information technology tools.
- Prepare timely technical reports on entire farm operations from Site selection, field preparation, Plant management, Nutrition management, yield forecasting and Post-harvest management.
- Implementation of a predictive growth model based on analysis of prior year data.
- Farm level co-ordination and collaboration with teams.
- Leadership skills to drive the Research and Development wing of the organisation.
