Role: Senior Admissions Counselor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Admissions Counselor to guide students through the complete overseas admissions process. The role involves counseling prospective students, converting inquiries into enrollments, supporting applications, and mentoring junior counselors while consistently delivering an exceptional student experience. Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities and career pathways
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs based on student profiles
- Guide students through applications, documentation, SOPs, resumes, and visa requirements
- Follow up with leads and drive application and enrollment conversions




- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely student communication
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth application processing
- Meet application, enrollment, and conversion targets
- Support and mentor junior counselors when required
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa policies, and global education trends Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in study abroad counseling or overseas admissions
- Strong counseling, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to achieve admissions and enrollment targets
- Valuable knowledge of study destinations including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
