Atidiv is looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Executive Accounts Payable (US Accounting) to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for US-based clients. If you have strong experience in AP, US GAAP, vendor management, invoice processing, and payment reconciliations, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for US entities.

Process and verify vendor invoices within defined SLAs.

Perform PO, Invoice & GRN matching.

Process payments via ACH, Wire Transfer, Checks, etc.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Handle employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations.

Support month-end/year-end closing and AP reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial controls.





Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries.

Assist in audits and identify process improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (US Accounting)

Strong understanding of the AP lifecycle and US GAAP

Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Sage

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.)

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience working with US clients or in a Shared Services/BPO environment is preferred.
