We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The accountant will be responsible for various financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, bills, and general ledger entries.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Financial Analysis:



Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Vendor and Client Relations: Interact with vendors and clients to resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake other accounting-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Knowledge in GST, TDS, Purchase, sales, invoice making, Store management.Vendor coordination, payment details

Qualifications:

- UG or PG in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a relevant professional certification such as Tally or CMA is a plus).
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tally, SAP
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance.
