Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Location: Vasna Chacharavadi, Ahmedabad

Eligibility

- Candidates must have experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Banking & Cash Flow Management Manage relationships with banking partners for daily transactions and fund transfers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts (Actual vs. Projected) to ensure adequate working capital.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Manufacturing Accounts & DocumentationMaintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
- Manage ERP entries using Tally Prime, SAP, Focus ERP, or similar systems.




- Maintain complete documentation for financial transactions, shipment records, and statutory filings.
- Audit & ComplianceCoordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Handle GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS filings, reconciliations, and statutory returns.
- Financial ReportingManage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
- Generate monthly MIS reports highlighting production costs and budget variances.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA (Intermediate/Dropout) or CMA qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, GST, TDS, ERP systems, and manufacturing accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
