Job Title: Senior Accountant Experience Required: 3 – 4 Years Location: On-site, Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Infrastructure Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 – 4 years of experience and strong expertise in Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage invoicing and ensure timely billing to clients.
- Manage Accounts Payable by recording vendor bills and processing payments on time
- Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle banking adjustments in Zoho Books
- Maintain accurate expense records with proper documentation and approvals
- Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in Zoho Books
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements




- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or master's in commerce, Accounting, or finance
- 3 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Experience in bank reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of expense tracking and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills Required

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and follow-up ability
- Strong time management and organisational skills.

Preferred

- Experience in handling multiple clients/projects
- Knowledge of GST and basic compliance.
