Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for the Senior Accountant- RTR role:

Location: Bangalore

Shift: APAC (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Education: CA Qualified (8+ years Post Qualification experience)

NOTE: Should be a Thai language expert. Should be dealing with APAC region. It is an Individual Contribution role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Record to Report team in a leading Global Capability Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for month end close process including journal entries, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, fixed asset accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes performed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable.
- Understand complex processes within RTR and ability to complete the deliverables within timeline and accurately.



Work with cross functional teams to provide necessary analysis and ability to explain PNL movement/ impacts.
- Good understanding of handling US GAAP and Local GAAP for APAC region.
- Act as bridge between Tax and Statutory COEs for regulatory filing requirements, including tax audits
- Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to company standards on these tasks.

Qualifications:

- Qualified accountant (CA/ ACCA) with at least 8 plus years of experience in RTR domain. Should have exposure to GCC environment.
- Worked for APAC countries including ANZ countries
- Ability to work the diverse team, highlight the risk and deliver the goals set.
- Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes.
- Ability to work independently, team-oriented and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
