- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and generate business oppourtunities through corporate tie-ups, event planners ,wedding planners, and other potential clientBuild and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective customers Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Conduct client meeting, presentation and negotiation to close business deals.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth oppourtunity.

- collaborate with the marketing and operational team to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and long term client retention.

- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.

- Coordinate with the product and procurement teams to identify customer requirements and improve overall sales performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
